As a founding leader of A&G Clinical Services, Srikanth has played a key role in shaping the organization’s vision of delivering accurate, compliant, and timely clinical research solutions. His approach emphasizes quality-driven execution, process discipline, and alignment with global clinical research standards.
Srikanth is closely involved in operational oversight and strategic planning, ensuring that A&G’s services in Clinical Data Management, EDC, and Biometrics consistently meet client and regulatory expectations. His commitment to ethical practices, continuous improvement, and client satisfaction helps position A&G as a reliable execution partner for CROs and life-science organizations.

Madhavi Laxmi is a Director at A&G Clinical Services Pvt. Ltd. and holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance. With a strong background in financial management and business strategy, she plays a vital role in strengthening the organization’s operational stability and long-term growth.

In his role as Strategy Advisor & Clientele Facilitator at A&G Clinical Services, Dr. Satya Prasad V contributes strategic leadership and governance expertise. Drawing on over three decades of experience in medical education, research, and academic administration, he provides informed strategic guidance focused on institutional development, quality assurance, and sustainable growth.
He works closely with clients to understand their organizational needs and facilitates tailored advisory solutions across clinical research strategy, medical education systems, accreditation preparedness, and governance frameworks. As a key liaison, he enables effective collaboration between A&G Clinical Services and its clientele, ensuring clarity of objectives, alignment with regulatory standards, and delivery of high-impact outcomes.
Through this role, Dr. Satya Prasad strengthens client relationships, supports strategic decision-making, and advances excellence through thoughtful advisory engagement and institutional capacity building.
Kamalakannan Tiruvadi (Kamal) is a seasoned Strategy Advisor & Clientele Facilitator for A&G Clinical Services, he carries with him over three decades of experience in medical, healthcare, clinical services, education and institutional partnerships. He supports the organisation growth by advising on business strategies, market expansion, and clientele engagement across various sectors like., hospitals, clinical research organisations, pharma, diagnostic labs and allied healthcare with a strong professional expertise in stakeholder management and strategic alliances. He plays a vital interface between A&G Clinical Services and its clients, ensuring trust, alignment, relationship building and long-term value chain creation.
